Abstract
If we approach the training of qualified personnel for the tourism sector from a systemic perspective, for example, the process of updating and monitoring the tourism industry based on the requirements of an innovative or digital economy remains complex, showing the presence of problems that create barriers. Therefore, the need to improve the system of training qualified personnel for the tourism sector is becoming increasingly relevant. Based on the requirements of world tourism in the field of tourism, it is important to improve reliable and up-to-date system mechanisms for effective strategic decision-making in the field of training qualified personnel, the use of up-to-date methodological data, which will serve as the basis for the development of the industry’s prospects.In this article, the author outlines recommendations for improving the system of training qualified personnel for the regional tourism sector.
