Abstract

In this article, small businesses are seen as a segment of the economic system that adapts quickly, uses resources relatively economically , and supports regional employment. Therefore, assessing their activities is considered not only as a means of recording financial results, but also as a process that creates the main information base for economic policy, financing , and enterprise management.
