Organization of Effective Refresher Courses for Employees of the Road Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article analyzes approaches to improving the qualifications of road industry personnel to ensure stable economic growth of the region, including the development of transport infrastructure, the use of international experience, analysis of current problems, as well as an attempt to develop scientific-theoretical and practical proposals and recommendations for organizing an effective system of advanced training for road industry employees. Special attention is paid to integrating the principles of the "green economy" into the system of training and professional development of personnel, as well as into infrastructure development as a key factor for the sustainable development of the national economy.
