Abstract

This article examines the internal factors influencing the dynamic development of regional economies and identifies the priority areas for the activities of social sector organizations. The study analyzes the role of social institutions in enhancing regional economic stability, improving human capital, and providing effective social services. Key internal factors, such as resource management, institutional frameworks, and organizational efficiency, are assessed to determine their impact on regional economic growth. The research proposes strategic directions for optimizing the activities of social sector organizations, aiming to strengthen their contribution to sustainable regional development.
