TECHNOLOGIES FOR DEVELOPING CREATIVE ABILITIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS DURING THEIR INTERNSHIP

The article discusses modern technologies for developing creative abilities of university students in the process of professional practice, which is an important component of the educational program. It is argued that practice is not only a form of consolidating theoretical knowledge, but also an effective platform for developing students' skills in creative thinking, independent search for solutions and the use of innovative approaches in professional activities. It is emphasized that the successful implementation of technologies for developing creative abilities in the process of practice requires systematic interaction of the university with practice bases, methodological support for mentors and the creation of a motivationally rich educational environment.
