Improving the Socio-Economic Living Standards of the Population in the Regions: Characteristics and Challenges

The article considers the specifics and problematic nature of the process of raising the socio-economic living standards. It deals with Public Policy matters, novel strategies and efficient resource management initiatives focusing on the welfare of social-economy stimulation. Simultaneously, key determinants of the quality of life such as income redistribution, working conditions, education and health care and proposals for improvement were elaborated.
