Abstract

In this article, the research conducted regarding apposition (Anschluss) and its formation, application and linguists' different views are systematically presented. Drawing on detailed scientific sources, it emphasizes that although the study of apposition is one of the most relevant and least investigated issues in modern linguistics. In addition, the article describes what is the current status of apposition phenomenon and its elements in modern linguistic science.
