Modern World Models in the Systematic Development of the Network of Provision of Communication and Information Services to the Population and Conditions for its Assimilation

This article examines the issue of the systematic development of the network for providing communication and informatization services to the population from the perspective of contemporary global experience. The study presents a comprehensive analysis of the institutional and economic factors shaping the sustainable functioning of telecommunication infrastructure, digital service markets, and information systems.
