Abstract
The presented article provides a philosophical analysis of the most important phenomenon of the human factor, the sense of Freedom, and its essence and quality are specifically assessed on the basis of the transition period from totalitarian political power to democratic-legal power. The author proceeds from the idea that freedom should not be formal in nature, but should be based on the fact that a conscious being, having a sense of responsibility for himself and society as a whole due to his free choice, justifies the concept of the importance of any behavior and action of a person, his own life experience, worldview, moral-psychological and emotional-emotional state. In addition, the author of the article compares the phenomenon of Freedom with the sense of responsibility, which is the main principle for the personality factor, characterizes the relationship and influence between them with important features of social development and puts forward such a scientific-objective conclusion that these actors are the main pillars of human development. The article is based on the theory of discourse, which is important in the scientific arena of the modern era.
