Abstract

The formation of linguistic competencies in elementary school students is considered a primary requirement of modern educational standards. The aim of the research is to develop a methodical model for improving students' oral and written speech skills during the lesson process and to prove its effectiveness. Systemic, cognitive-communicative approaches, and interactive game technologies (methods such as "Brainstorming," "Secret Cells," and "Grandfather's Garden") were applied in the work. The results demonstrated the importance of person-centered education and subject-subject relationships in increasing student activity. The conclusion of the research forms the scientific-methodical foundations of a system of didactic materials for developing the competence to analyze linguistic phenomena and freely express thoughts in students.
