Effective Ways of Utilizing Non-Standard Forms of Employment in the Development of Small Business in Uzbekistan

This article analyzes, on the basis of official statistical and legal-regulatory sources, the effective ways of utilizing non-standard forms of employment in the development of small business under the conditions of Uzbekistan. The methodological basis consists of comparative, statistical-dynamic, institutional, and systematic analysis methods. The article proposes an organizational-economic approach that integrates legal clarity, digital contracting, portable social protection, micro-skills programs, and targeted financial incentives for the effective use of non-standard employment.
