Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of social migration on the fate of orphans and their rights. Children left without parents as a result of the migration process may face various social, economic and psychological problems. Their right to education, access to health services and social integration remain important issues. Also, the need for the state to support such children, protect their rights and improve the social security system will be highlighted. In the study, solutions to the problem are given based on international experiences and existing legislation.
