VALUATION OF REAL ESTATE USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS

This investigation examines the phases of employing Artificial Neural Networks to assess energy-efficient real estate.  Initially, a comprehensive description of all artificial neural networks is provided.  The optimal hyperparameters for the chosen neural network model are identified.  The proposed artificial neural network is the foundation for the development of an algorithm for the model.  Artificial Neural Networks are regarded as more effective than other machine learning models when the volume of data and calculations is sufficient.
