Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to identify the nature of the green organizational climate and its interactive effect on the relationship between green transformational leadership to enhance sustainable organizational performance in Kufa Cement Factory.
Design/Methodology: (150) questionnaires were distributed to a sample of Kufa Cement Factory employees, including decision-makers, heads of departments, divisions, units, and meal managers, due to their awareness and ability to answer the questionnaire paragraphs and their direct connection to the objectives and problem of the study. The number of returned questionnaires was (144), of which (137) questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (90%). Many statistical tools and methods were used to analyze the practical aspect of the study, such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of determination, structural equation modeling, and path analysis method, and they were analyzed using statistical programs (AMOS.24) and (SPSS v.28).
Theoretical results: There is a knowledge gap in explaining the nature of the green organizational climate and its interactive effect on the relationship between green transformational leadership to enhance sustainable organizational performance in general and in the studied Kufa Cement Factory.
Practical results: There are three types of influence relationships between the study variables: a direct influence relationship between (green transformational leadership and sustainable organizational performance), the second direct influence relationship between (green organizational climate and sustainable organizational performance), as well as the third indirect relationship between (the interactive role of green organizational climate in green transformational leadership to enhance sustainable organizational performance).
