Abstract

The success of training largely depends on the approach to learning a foreign language and the teacher's ability to use a specific approach depending on the tasks. There are a large number of approaches to teaching a foreign language, which vary depending on their functions and learning objectives. This paper will consider the communicative approach, its essence and features of its implementation in teaching a foreign language.
