Abstract

This article explores the multifaceted development of various sectors under the conditions of a green economy, considering ecological balance, resource efficiency, and socio-economic sustainability. The concept of the green economy has become a strategic priority for global sustainable development, influencing energy policy, environmental preservation, and industrial modernization. The study emphasizes that the transition to a green economy requires comprehensive reforms across sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, energy, transportation, and tourism. In the context of Uzbekistan, national strategies are being implemented to promote renewable energy sources, reduce environmental pollution, and increase the efficiency of energy use in economic sectors. Despite progress, there are considerable challenges, such as technological gaps, insufficient investment, and limited public awareness, which hinder rapid adaptation. The research applies methods of comparative analysis, logical observation, and statistical evaluation to identify disparities in sectoral readiness for green transformation. Based on the findings, it proposes specific recommendations for improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel and heat energy dependence, and supporting ecologically clean production systems. By adopting innovative approaches, enhancing cross-sector collaboration, and leveraging international experience, Uzbekistan can accelerate its transition toward a green economy and ensure long-term economic resilience and ecological well-being. The study concludes that integrating green technologies, especially in high-energy-consuming sectors, can play a pivotal role in achieving national environmental goals while strengthening socio-economic development.
