Abstract
The article presents an analysis of various methods for diagnosing epiphyseal osteomyelitis - radiography, ultrasound diagnostics, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, radioisotope osteoscintigraphy. The disadvantages and advantages are given, and the capabilities of each method are assessed from the standpoint of early diagnosis of osteomyelitis in children.
