Abstract

This article systematically analyzes the qualification requirements for future teachers and their functional tasks. In accordance with the modern requirements of pedagogical activity, teachers' professional competencies, pedagogical skills, innovative approaches, and skills in the effective use of information and communication technologies are highlighted. Also, the personal qualities and professional ethics of the teacher are considered as an important factor in improving the quality of education. The article also analyzes the consistency and differences between the qualification requirements developed on the basis of international standards and national standards on a scientific basis. The results of the study serve to determine quality criteria in the training of future teachers.
