Abstract
This article examines the importance of developing didactic and methodological competence in future primary school teachers and proposes an effective model for its formation. The study highlights modern pedagogical approaches, interactive teaching strategies, and competency-based education as key components of teacher preparation. The proposed model integrates theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and reflective practice to ensure professional readiness. The findings suggest that a systematic and innovative approach enhances teaching effectiveness and supports the holistic development of future educators.
