Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the nature of the relationship between strategic thinking and strategic success by demonstrating the extent to which the former influences the latter. The research problem lies in organizations' neglect of the role of strategic thinking in achieving and enhancing strategic success. The research derives its importance from the importance of its topics and their place in strategic thought. The research included a sample of (94) employees working at the University of Information Technology and Communications. The questionnaire was the primary tool for collecting data and information, and a set of statistical methods were used to extract results using the SPSS program. One of the most prominent results at the dimensional level was the varying impact of strategic thinking dimensions on strategic success. At the overall level, a high impact was evident.
