Abstract
Twenty-first century learning demands mastery of higher-order thinking skills, including creativity and critical thinking. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the L-STEAM (Literacy, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) learning method in enhancing the creativity and critical thinking skills of Madrasah Aliyah students. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles involving 30 tenth-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah Mahad Al-Zaytun. The instruments used included observation sheets, critical thinking tests, and creativity assessment rubrics. The results indicated an increase in the average student creativity score from 75 to 90 and in critical thinking from 70 to 85 after implementing the L-STEAM method. Thus, the L-STEAM method has proven to be effective in enhancing 21st-century skills among students.
