Business Risk Management and Corporate Sustainability in Economic Uncertainty

This article analyzes the issues of managing entrepreneurial risks and ensuring the stability of the enterprise in conditions of economic uncertainty. The study covers the main types of risks (financial, operational, market and strategic) and methods of their assessment and management. Also, the importance of diversification, insurance, strategic planning and monitoring mechanisms based on a systematic approach to risk management is substantiated. As a result, it was found that effective risk management is an important factor ensuring the financial stability and competitiveness of the enterprise.
