The Evolution of the Diplomatic Vocabulary of the Persian Language

The article examines the diplomatic vocabulary of the Persian language from the point of view of its formation and development. Diplomatic vocabulary is one of the layers of the socio-political vocabulary of the Persian language and reflects all the changes taking place in the political and public life of the country. The article examines individual lexemes used in various historical epochs (mainly in Safavid and Qajar) to nominate positions and persons related to the performance of duties related to representatives of foreign states.
