Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of the relationship between internal locus of control, emotional intelligence, and professional motivation on the mental resilience of law enforcement officers. It examines the psychological mechanisms that determine the level of stress tolerance, responsibility, and professional effectiveness of employees. The author substantiates the need to develop reflective thinking and apply psychocorrectional approaches to strengthen personal resilience.
