Logistics Industrial Enterprise Systems Methodology of Building Material Formation

This article describes in detail the methodology for forming logistics systems for enterprises of the building materials industry. The main goal of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for creating and managing effective logistics systems for enterprises producing building materials. Ways to increase the economic efficiency of enterprises through optimal management of logistics processes are shown.
