Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of organizational culture on both job satisfaction and knowledge management in the context of digital transformation, focusing specifically on the banking sector in Iraq. An exploratory approach was adopted through distributing questionnaires to a sample of employees within Iraqi banks, where data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. It was found that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. Research has demonstrated that organisational culture can effectively contribute to knowledge management in banking (particularly as it relates to technology), and that creating a positive organisational culture can lead employees to be happier with their jobs and more inclined to share information, which helps the bank do better and adapt to new technological trends. The research suggests that banking companies should institute regulatory structures so that they constantly innovate and learn in order to harness the full potential of digital transformation.
