Supply Processes Logistics Cost Management

This article examines issues such as the organization of management accounting for logistics costs in the supply chain at enterprises. Specifically, the author's reflections are reflected in a study of the practice of organizing logistics costs in management accounting and its role in management activities, the development of scientific proposals for effective cost management in management accounting from a logistics perspective, the improvement of operational internal accounting in management accounting, and the organization of logistics costs in management accounting in the supply, production, and sales processes.
