Abstract
The quantitative investigation explored the influence of streamlined administrative practices on organizational efficacy and the cultivation of a customer-focused ethos across both public and private sectors within Nigeria. Utilizing data collected from 250 participants and analyzed through multiple regression techniques, the findings indicated that streamlined administrative practices served as a statistically significant predictor of core organizational effectiveness (R² = .98, p < .001) and the fostering of a customer-oriented strategy (R² = .98, p < .001). Furthermore, a significant, albeit moderate, correlation was identified between streamlined administrative practices and the establishment of a truly customer-centric organizational culture (R² = .61, p < .001). These outcomes suggest that while streamlined administrative practices fundamentally underpin operational achievement and an outward-looking orientation, the genesis of a profoundly embedded customer-centric culture necessitates additional, complementary strategic initiatives. Consequently, the investigation concludes that streamlined administrative practices represent a vital strategic asset for augmenting organizational effectiveness and securing a competitive edge.
