Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected via a structured questionnaire from a sample of 348 employees and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results revealed a strong positive impact of the dimensions of empowerment (meaning, self-efficacy, influence, and autonomy) on organizational resilience, with varying degrees of impact across the dimensions. These findings highlight the crucial role of comprehensive empowerment strategies in enhancing employee adaptability and organizational performance.
