The Role of Dividend Policy in Capitalization, Investment Attractiveness, and Market Stability of Banks

This article examines the essence of dividend policy and its role within the system of corporate governance. Particular attention is given to the issues associated with the formation of dividend policy and the classification of dividend payment forms. In addition, the study analyzes current trends in the dividend policies of commercial banks in the Republic of Uzbekistan using selected domestic banks as case examples. Based on the findings, a set of practical recommendations and proposals has been developed.
