Abstract

Regional cooperation has become a critical driver of inclusive economic growth in Central Asia, promoting greater economic integration, infrastructure development, and shared prosperity across the region. This article examines the role of regional cooperation in promoting inclusive growth, focusing on trade partnerships, infrastructure projects, and policy coordination among Central Asian countries. By examining key initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) program, and cross-border investment projects, this article examines how collaborative efforts have impacted economic growth and reduced inequality within and among countries. While regional cooperation has created new opportunities for economic growth, challenges such as geopolitical tensions, regulatory inconsistencies, and unequal access to resources remain. The article provides recommendations for strengthening cooperation to ensure that all countries and communities benefit from inclusive economic growth in Central Asia.
