Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of folk oral art, myths and legends on modern literary genres, in particular the narrative genre, and the process of their mutual synthesis. During the research, using methods such as theoretical analysis and comparison, analysis and synthesis, samples of Uzbek storytelling were taken as objects.
