Planning and Scheduling Maintenance Operations at the Haditha Hydroelectric Station in Iraq

The process of planning and scheduling maintenance activities in any production and service organization is of vital importance because it helps the organization to complete maintenance work according to the specified time or before it to be reflected in the continuity of production operations. Anbar Governorate in Iraq, and to achieve this goal, the station was visited on the ground for a period of 15 days in order to collect data and information related to planning and scheduling maintenance operations. Instead of 259 days, the project will be completed by 63%, according to the BART analysis, but according to the simulation system, the work period of 172 will be completed by 99.9%. The study also showed many conclusions and proposals that are compatible with the nature of the station's work.
