Management Analysis in International Practice: Experiences of Developed Countries and Lessons for Uzbekistan

The article highlights the theoretical foundations of management analysis, the practices applied in developed countries, and the issues of their adaptation to the conditions of Uzbekistan. The experiences of the USA, Europe, Japan, and Korea have been studied, and lessons for Uzbekistan have been developed. The article provides recommendations on the use of international standards, the widespread introduction of digital technologies, and the formation of an effective management system in enterprises.
