Abstract
Rice is the one of the main sectors of agriculture around the world. Rice is rich in protein and vitamins and plays an important role in the diet of the population. In this context, the topic is relevant for both the agricultural economy and the economy of the country as a whole. The purpose of studying the topic of the article is to prepare suggestions for the application of innovations that will increase the yield and quality of rice as a result of the analysis of the relevant conditions of rice cultivation in Uzbekistan. Business entities engaged in the cultivation of rice in Uzbekistan were selected as objects of research. General Structure and Writing Style, Case Study Design, Experimental Design, Historical Design methods were used in conducting the research and obtaining the desired results and new innovations in the organization of rice cultivation agrotechnology were suggested. The results show that the creation of the possibility of constant control over the costs as a result of a pre-determined cost estimate in the cultivation of rice, the effective use of laser equipment in the levelling of the arable land, the application of a new innovative method of seed germination of rice, the effective use of rotational irrigation method in the cultivation of rice give a significantly positive result to rice fertility and to the improvement of the quality of the product. The scientific results of the research were also discussed with the opinions of other authors on the same problem and the information provided in the literature, and based on the results of the research, scientifically-based conclusions and recommendations were developed.
