Development of Export Activities of Business Subjects in Small Industry Zones

The article analyzes the export activity of business entities in small industrial zones of Uzbekistan and its dynamics across regions. Based on export statistics for 2020–2024, growth trends in export volumes, differences between regions, and key development drivers were identified. The analysis showed that the share of highly processed products in the export structure of small industrial zones is increasing, while in some regions the export potential remains low due to insufficient infrastructure and logistics capabilities. Based on the results of the study, it was possible to develop practical proposals for improving institutional mechanisms, improving infrastructure, and strategically placing export-oriented production in small industrial zones.
