Abstract

The impact of digital marketing strategies on the success of shopping through e-commerce stores and mobile applications is what this research seeks to find out. There were one hundred participants to whom questionnaires were given in the descriptive analytical approach adopted by this study, with results analyzed using SPSS software. In three main sections, the paper discusses the research problem, its significance, and objectives in the first section; it gives a summary of earlier studies as well as providing a descriptive aspect of the study in the second section; finally, it presents the analytical methodology together with an explanation about that tool (questionnaire) used for conducting this survey along with resultant findings out comes Digital Marketing Strategies have positive effect on user experience & shopping success. SWOT analysis has been conducted to determine the challenges, strengths, opportunities and possible threats. Based on this several recommendations have been proposed to cater each challenge. The study is concluded by providing the recommendations to enhance digital marketing and user experience.
