Abstract
The Republic of Kazakhstan wants to be among the 30 most developed countries in the world to build a sustainable economy by 2050. Since the beginning of the 21st century, many large energy-efficient public buildings, which are unique as objects of architecture, have been built and operate in the capital of Kazakhstan.
