Abstract

This article explores the effective use of MuseScore software in music lessons at general secondary schools. MuseScore, a free and open-source music notation software, provides numerous opportunities for enhancing music education through digital tools. The study discusses the basic functionalities of MuseScore, its practical applications in classroom settings, and the challenges faced by teachers in its implementation. Additionally, recommendations for successfully integrating MuseScore into the music curriculum are presented. The article highlights the significance of digital technology in modern music education and its role in developing students' musical competencies.
