Abstract

This article analyzes the regional and structural development of small business investments within the context of economic modernization and territorial diversification. The study examines the dynamics of investment distribution across regions, identifies sectoral priorities, and evaluates the role of small enterprises in ensuring balanced regional growth. Special attention is given to the factors influencing investment concentration, including infrastructure development, institutional support mechanisms, financial accessibility, and innovation capacity. The research highlights existing disparities between regions and proposes strategic measures aimed at increasing investment efficiency and strengthening the structural transformation of small business sectors. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of regional investment policy and provide recommendations for sustainable economic development.
