Abstract

According to the modern concept, the pathogenetic basis of bronchial asthma (BA) is chronic allergic inflammation of the bronchi. Psychoemotional stresses affect bronchial tone through the autonomic nervous system. Under the influence of psychoemotional stress , bronchial sensitivity to histamine and acetylcholine increases. In addition, emotional stress causes hyperventilation, stimulation of the irritative receptors of the bronchi by sudden deep breathing, coughing, laughing, crying, which leads to reflex bronchial spasm. Comprehensive study of biochemical, functional studies, as well as the assessment of the immune status, vegetative and psychological state in children with bronchial asthma (BA), determine the relevance of these studies.
