Abstract

This study investigates the role of oxidative stress and cytokine imbalance in the pathogenesis of destructive cholecystitis. The results showed elevated pro-inflammatory cytokines, increased oxidative stress markers, and immune dysregulation, all of which contribute to the progression of the disease. These findings highlight the potential of targeting oxidative stress and immune modulation in developing new therapeutic strategies for managing destructive cholecystitis.
