Abstract
Relevance. Juvenile idiopathic arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the joints with unclear etiology and complex, mainly autoimmune pathogenesis, characterized by symmetrical chronic arthritis, systemic damage to internal organs, leading to disability of sick children. In this regard, the problem of increasing the effectiveness of therapy for this disease is extremely relevant, both from the point of view of scientific and practical pediatrics. To improve the treatment of this disease, it is necessary to take into account the functional state of the adrenal cortex.
