Improving Working Conditions in Modern Horticulture and Viticulture Farms: A Health-Focused Approach

The horticulture and viticulture sectors are rapidly developing in Uzbekistan and other agricultural countries. However, the working conditions for laborers in these fields often remain unsatisfactory. Prolonged sun exposure, physical overload, exposure to chemicals (pesticides, fertilizers), and insufficient hygiene facilities significantly impact workers’ health. Therefore, developing effective strategies to improve occupational health in modern farms is essential for sustainable development.
