Abstract

This article discusses various types of shoulder joint dislocations, their pathological characteristics, and the diagnostic potential of sonography (ultrasound imaging). Among all types, anterior shoulder dislocation is the most common, particularly in athletes. Sonography provides real-time visualization of joint structures and plays a crucial role in accurately assessing the extent of injury, identifying the type of dislocation, and preventing complications. The article also outlines the classification of dislocations, their clinical consequences, and the importance of early diagnosis for effective management and rehabilitation.
