Abstract
This thesis examines endocrine disorders that occur during pregnancy, with particular focus on gestational diabetes and thyroid diseases, and their effects on maternal and fetal health. Drawing on both international and local scientific literature as well as clinical observations, the study highlights the complications that endocrine dysfunctions can cause during the course of pregnancy and emphasizes the importance of early detection. The findings underscore the need for broader implementation of screening programs for pregnant women and the strengthening of preventive measures.
