Abstract
Relevance. Acute cholecystopancreatitis (ACP) remains one of the most challenging and relevant issues in modern abdominal surgery due to its severe course, high complication rates, and significant mortality, especially among elderly patients and those with severe comorbidities. Despite advances in diagnostics and surgical treatment, the outcomes are not always satisfactory. In recent years, minimally invasive technologies have been increasingly introduced into clinical practice, significantly reducing surgical trauma, lowering the risk of postoperative complications, and accelerating patient recovery. Therefore, studying the possibilities of applying differentiated surgical tactics with the use of minimally invasive interventions in ACP is both timely and clinically significant.
