Abstract

This study evaluated inflammatory and regenerative responses of the epididymis under different local anesthesia methods using CD45 and CD56 immunohistochemical markers. An experimental randomized study was conducted on 90 male rats with different lidocaine and novocaine administration techniques. Epididymal tissues were examined at 24 hours, 7 days, and 14 days after intervention. The expression of CD45 and CD56 was analyzed to assess the balance between inflammation and tissue regeneration and to determine less traumatic anesthesia methods.
