Trends in the Development of Legislative Regulation of Water Use in Uzbekistan

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development trends of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of water use. The processes of formation of the legal basis for water use in Uzbekistan and the main problems in this area are considered. The author proposes both legal and organizational solutions to water use problems in the country. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions and recommendations for further improvement of legislation in the field of water use in Uzbekistan have been developed.
