Social Science Education in the Context of Globalization

This article analyzes the content, methodological foundations, and the role of social science education in societal development under the conditions of globalization. Based on social constructivism, competency-based, and systemic-functional approaches, the study examines the transformation of social science education within the contemporary educational process. The findings highlight the necessity of modernizing social science education, integrating global challenges into curricula, and fostering social responsibility and global thinking among learners.
